Juan started making music at the age of 12 and spent six years as a self-taught composer and producer on the sync side before founding Redondo Sound. He also brings a background in finance and business, bringing that same rigor to the deals, contracts, and revenue structures behind every placement.

Bailey is Redondo's A&R, focused on discovering and championing authentic talent. He has collaborated with independent artists and managed creative projects from start to finish, and he's committed to building relationships that help artists feel supported, challenged, and inspired to do their best work.
